To become part of the Magic Circle, you need to past a test. It will usually be a League Sage that tests you, or the Arcen Sir, or Arcen Lady themselves. It is unclear here what your test might be, sometimes it is to fight, but other times it is something different. You can read through the accounts of the ones who went before you, before you attempt the test yourself.
