Hanging above the center of Chuukan is a dark cloud, nothing much lives on, in, or over it.
It doesn't do much to the darkness in the wood as the trees are so thick no light gets through them any way.
From below it glitters at night, like the stars in the sky, so isn't thought to exist. During the day is seems invisible, even from above the trees. People just don't notice it.
From above it is a whole different matter. It is floodlit by the sun in the daytime, the bubbles in the cloud are beutifully lit. At night the sky above is clear and every single star can be seen. Such beauty exists no where else in Chuukan.
Those who know about Starlight Cloud visit it to see these beautiful sites.
There is one building on the cloud, a large dragon den. It is decorated beautifully. It is the home to the Hero Kjara, and her partner Jyotic.
