She blinked like she hadn't heard him, her mind spaced out. "Sure...sure...Wait what? Oh. Sorry!" Esse blushed, looking down at the floor so her hair covered her face. "I zoned out there."
The Pegicorns landed near the outside of the Ruins of Time where Esse and Desumo had met them and let them off. The young male finished his apparent goodbyes then walked over to Des and Esse, bowing his head in the process.

Des smiled,"Ok but now we're even from when i zoned out earlier." He said. Des petted the young pegicorn's head. " Hey there, nice to meet you." Des lowered his voice to a whisper. "Esse, should I reveal my lightning to him now or later?"

Esse shrugged. "Whenever you see fit. I don't believe he'll spook."
The Pegicorn's eyes glittered with interest and he spoke. I can hear you. There's no use in whispering.
"Well there you go," she laughed. "He knows."

It will certainly be interesting but I have no problems with it. I'm not as easily afraid as the others. he shrugged with a quick movement of his shoulders. Esse smiled again, her mood brightening again which changed her eye colour once more.
"Then it seems settled."

Esse once again gave the Pegicorns a hug and a scratch below the forelock. "Goodbye and good luck. Be safe!"
The young male bowed to his herd's leader then turned to Desumo. Which direction are we going?

"We're going north, to Haku." He said. " I suggest he go east first then north so we can avoid possibilities of running into amett's minions. As long as we have copies of the Legend we're targets."

(Well I'm staff and I see nothing wrong with it since the map shows a clear path that way, but we still have to ask since it isn't following the journey boards like it's required.)
