These are rules for staff and anyone who is considering becoming staff.
1. You must follow the regular rules as well as these.
2. Just because you have power, it doesn't mean you can godmode or powerplay. This can only be done with permission of the person you're roleplaying with. Or, you can do it if a board's rules specifically state it.
2. You can NOT give yourself items, gems, etc. Never, ever! (This means, if you were to... let's say, knock out a guard, you can't just take his sword. Get it?)
3. On your own threads, you must pretend you are a regular member. This means, no playing as guards, monsters, etc. Also, you still can't double post, godmode, or powerplay. You can't reply to your own threads as a mod would, and you can NOT decide when you proceed.
4. Remember, rare items are rare, so do not go giving them out often, 'kay? Same goes for any animals/pets a member might encounter.
5. Important: You must remember that members are not invincible! They will not all win every battle they encounter. Sometimes, their foes will win. But, don't be too hard on the members XD
6. Staff can accept characters. (That includes mods!)
7. Staff can NOT allow a person to proceed to a new board just because the person asks for it. (This is to ensure people aren't just trying to rush through the journey)
8. (Goes with rule 7, kinda...) A board should at least reach the second page, excluding OoC messages, before the person can proceed to the next board. Note: It would be better if it was longer, though...
9. Staff members that mod for someone can never be illiterate(posting one-liners, etc). Try to be at least semi-lit, and that goes for regular members as well. At least four full lines is the minimum, kk? And this might go up if you keep being illiterate.
10. If you become inactive, I'm not going to warn you with PMs or anything. I'll first put a strikethrough on your name in the header's staff list. This signifies that you are inactive, and losing your status as staff. If you don't request in PM that I let you keep your status(and you must become active again), then I remove your name from the staff list and take your status.
11. I am now keeping track of all the mods/global mods. I will be watching to make sure you do your job, and if you don't, you'll lose it.
12. Staff members, it'd be nice if you reminded other staff to do their jobs if they aren't doing it ^^ Like, if a mod sees an admin making 3 word posts, just let them know that they aren't allowed to do that xP
