The Water Elemental village lies deep in the Sea of Exploration, off the coast of the Winter beach. It is elegently carved from rock, coral, and fish parts. There are many workshops and homes. The village is hard to reach by air breathers so it's rarely seen. In the center is the house of the elected Chief. It is made of the finest products of the sea. The villages is protected traps set by the Water elementals. These include deadly fish and coral, spikes, and icebergs. Outsiders need a Water elemental most of the time to make it in and out alive.
