Tamara had no such thoughts. She liked the Zayrena/Wolf, but she knew that he would have another partner, not her, because he was a hero. She sighed. "I have a pad and some graphite, we could write the ruins down."

He nodded. "Alright, you write that down and I'll take a look around these other ones on the walls and see if there's anything substantial about them."

Tamara began noting down the ruins on the stone. She copied them carefully, looking at each stroke, because she couldn't read the language, and someone else would have to be able to read them later.

Asim changed to his natural red wolf appearance and started to circle the room. He read in his mind, keeping his thoughts private until he found something of interest. It says there was a demon shifter before Amett...and that because of him the Great Circle of Amaru was established.

The heroes all have partners? he asked after another long pause during which he had been reading the runes.

"Yes. The only hero I have heard of currently is Kjara, and she has a partner, Jyotic. The others I know are all from the past. And they all had partners as well. Heroes are meant to have partners because they have qualities that balance out the heroes power."

I wonder if I will meet my partner along the way of this journey... I suppose I'll have to some time. he nodded. He sniffed along the stone for a moment. There are strange smells. I guess perhaps it is the scents of the Guardian and Elder who made this room?
