"How would you like to enhance your Sparks spell? There is a spell called Stun Sparks which allows you to temporarily stun your opponent. It is, however, very inaccurate."

"Sounds interesting..." Larc thought about it carefully and then said, "I can learn it. Stunning someone might become useful in the future.

"OK. Do you have the Light rune. The Light and Dark runes are slightly more expensive because of their added power. You also have to pay for the spell. All together, it will cost you 1,000. 350 for the rune, 650 for the spell enhancment."

Larc counted out the money, again. He nodded as he handed it over and smiled. "Ready for the teaching." Larc looked at her and said, "Could I just buy all the runes now?"

"Of course." Asteros left the gems lying on the surface of the table. "Which don't you have yet, apart from the light rune."

Larc thought a bit and said, "I have the Earth, Water, and Air Rune. I'm not to sure which ones are really out there..." He sighed and smiled.

"So you still need the Aethos, Fire, Light and Dark Runes. The total amount for all four runes is 1300. 300 each for Aethos and Fire and 350 each for the Light and Dark runes."

Larc handed her the gems, so used to the labor now. He then took the runes.

((Rightio. I'm going to teach it to you now. I'm sorry I've been away and messed things up, the summer has been a bit chaotic.))
Asteros looked up. She waved her hand and the gems dissapeared. "Right, stun sparks. It's not that complicated. Put your hands together like this." She held up her hands, the palms touching, just infront of her body with her fingertips facing out.
"And say amazknez to activate the spell. Nothing should happen yet."

Larc smiled at her and couldn't help feeling his gems just being taken. He looked at Asteros and did that exact motion she did, and said, amazknez out loud.

As Larc did as instructed (I hope this is OK. I just wanted to keep it moving, tell me if it's not) energy began to crackle between his finger tips and the palms of his hands.
"Now try and throw the energy towards me, and focus on stunning me."

((its fine. Magic sooner.  )) Larc didn't really like the idea of throwing the energy at her. But he did, he gave a push and a grunt, and hoped that his power was enough for that. |

As the magic came sweeping towards her, Novitas waved her hand and cast the spell aside. "That was good. You have learnt that spell."
