The Fontignis are a Rare Race. They live in the swarl marshes in Chuukan, on a tiny island. They wear blue clothes and heavy boots. They fish in the marshes for marsh frogs and fish, they then fry them with reeds and eat them. They get their water from the well in the middle of the Island.
They often use reed boats to travel to the rest of Chuukan or Hoku where they will collect fire wood or trade with travellers. They are very slowly dying out.
They are almost exactly humanoid apart from the fact that they can breathe under water. They have dark skin and two small flippers coming out of the sides of their heads, which are almost like fins.
