Desumo shrugged. " I dunno," he said" how about one of us write down a word and , without revealing the word, give the other person the word's general subject and number of letters. The other person then has seven turns to guess the word. First person to get five right wins. Well, do we have a game?"

The pegicorns stopped simultaneously, and one reared up in fright. The runes on the wall suddenly grew brighter, and a huge creature swept over the heads of all of you, landing much further down the tunnel. It seems as if forwards is the only possible way now, the Pegicorns seem eager not to go any where near the large creature.

"You think so...? But if they're afraid it can't be good." Esse murmered. She stepped forward, palm extended to cast a sparks spell if she needed to give herself a chance to get out of the way of an attack quickly. "Show yourself, creature."

Desumo drew his sword and prepared himself. He channelled lightning down the blade, holding it in attack position. " Could this all have been an elaborate trap?" He thought. Desumo waited for the creature to answer, hoping the tension would break soon.
