He looked up at her and blinked, slightly awestruck by how graceful she was. He shook his head to clear it and hoped it looked like he was just shaking out his fur. Asim suddenly grinned. We made it out.

Tamara couldn't resist a retort. He seemed so full of himself. "Thanks to me. ...and you I guess." she added hesitantly.

No...I didn't do a thing. It was your flying that got us down there alive as well as you who got me up here. It was the spirits of my ancestors who guided us along the paths to the Stone Legend, not I. Asim laughed, shaking his head.

Tamara blushed again. "So now what? Do we try and find the next piece?" she asked.

He changed to a Zayrena. "Well I suppose so...I need to help my fellow Heroes somehow. Plus I believe that if I wish to get a better weapon I still have to travel in order to get to a town that allows for such. Right? ...And what about you?" I hope she comes too... He was unsure why his thoughts led to that.

"I'm going to look for the next piece of the Stone Legend. I'll travel with you... if you still want me." Tamara blushed again.

He blushed a little and turned his head, thinking changing back to Zayrena at that moment hadn't been very smart. "Well yes..of course I do."

"That's settled then. We should make our way through the woods to Seido, if you think that is where the next piece of the Stone Legend is."

He nodded. "Alright." The blush faded a little and he was about to change back to wolf when movement caught his attention. "Hear that? It sounds like shouts..."
Zyg blew through the area, skidding to a halt to catch his breath. Clenched tightly in his fish was a paper of some kind. The strange albino luparis boy didn't even glance at Asim and Tamara. "Got...to...get...away..." he panted.

"Get Away?" Tamara asked curiously.

Zyg turned his head, his white hair coming out of his pale face to show pink eyes. He blinked. Who are they? "Um...I'm being chased."
"I can hear that, friend...but by what?"
"Not sure. These guys are just after me. It's not your problem anyway, it's mine."

Tamara turned. "Can you climb?" she asked.

Zyg grinned. "Can I climb? Of course." What a silly question to ask a thief...then again I suppose she wouldn't know. She's not a Luparis. And by the looks of it this guy's a Zayrena so he isn't either.
"You have an idea for something?" Asim asked, looking at Tamara.

"You stay here. This boy and I will climb. Say you saw him run off in another direction. We need to get up high. The foliage on that tree is thick, so if we get high enough we won't be seen from the ground.

Zyg looked to the tree and started to run, his breath now back. He scampered up, hands gripping the trunk like nothing. He scrambled onto a high branch and waited for Tamara. But there's still one question at hand that needs to be answered...Can I trust them?
Asim waited, hearing the people and shouts coming closer. "Hurry Tam!"
