Tela just followed the path, feeling the walls for direction. Talem shivered from the creatures deathly screams.

As you walk your hand pushes a tile in and activates a hidden passage. The sones move around till they form a door to a new cooridor. The cooridor is lit up by runes on the wall that glow a faint blue. A seemingly good place to rest till the morning light.

"wow..." Talem slid off of Tela and looked around the area. "Nice place to sleep?" Tela grunted and fell to the ground, exausted.

The lights almost seem to have a hypnotic affect, lulling you into a sleep. The rom starts fazing out as your eyelids grow heavy. The next thing you know you open your eyes to find daylight seeping in through cracks in the walls.

Talem looks around the cave, the morning hours making him lazy. He stretched and bumbed into Tela, but he was already awake, tending to himself. Talem laughed and slowly got up. Tela followed, and Talem jumped on his saddle, ready to continue their journey.

you walk down the cooridor and see that it becomes less it by the ruin on the wall and more by daylight. You can eventually see that far down the tunnel is a door where light is flooding in from the outside.

Tela started to pick up speed, naturally. Talem pulled back, giving Tela the sense that speed is not always best in broken down ruins.

Without looking you step on a tile that starts sinking down, triggering a trap. The walls slide apart revealing dozens of small holes. Suddenly darts start flying from both sides. They're not that big but are about eight inches long and have barbed tips. The darts fly and one manages to imbed itself in Tela's arm before getting out of range on the otherside.

Talem looked at the Dart in Tela's arm. He went to grab it, but Tela barred his teeth. Talem swatted at him and shouted, "Oh stop you big kitten! I need to get this dang thing out!" He pulled out his short sword and picked at it, peircing Tela's skin. The dart fell out of Tela, but a gash was left.

( I forgot what you call an animals front leg so I used arm, sorry if any confusion.)
The darts continue to fly behind you for a few minutes then slowly stop. The walls reclose and the tile raises back to normal. The gash in Tela's foreleg ((that's what it's called)) was quickly bleeding, a small puddle forming on the floor.

Talem ripped a cloth and held it on Tela's wound, sitting in a werid position to stop the flow of blood. The cloth got warm, and he soon had to go for another one.

The blood slows down to a few drops but a lot had been drained. The puddle quickly drained away in the cracks in the floor, leaving only a red stain.

"Man! You bleed worse than a cow!" Tela toke the joke from Talem with annoyance, by trying to nip him. The two still continued.

Blood still trickled from the wound, leaving a trail of droplets. Through the door you find yourself outside the ruins. There is a about 20 yards from you with a small plain between. pieces of ruins litter the ground, some freshly broken while others aged with moss.

Talem sighed and leaped off Tela, giving him some more space. He knew that Tela was getting tired of the riding all the time.
