" Yeah." Des said, switching his concentration fully to the runes. He didn't so much enjoy the silence the absence of conversation but it helped him concentrate. Man, this kind of silence is almost awkward.

She let out a little sigh. Esse, being pretty social around close friends, disliked the silence more than he did. "I think I'm nearly done..."

"If it's accurate to the shape of the rune there should be absolutely no problems... they'll be reading Amarian not Amarun where our hand writing would make a difference."

She finished hers and then handed Desumo her notebook as she took his and switched sides with him. "Alright let's double check now." Esse glanced back and forth between the page and the runes. She made tiny adjustments when she felt it was needed, the sound of the light scrapes of graphite against paper filling the chamber.

Des's view interchanged from the runes to the paper, making minor adjustments. A few times he actually had to put the graphite to the paper, most of it was erasing little extras. " Wow, this was very good, hardly a mess up." He said.

Esse blushed slightly, happy somebody had complimented her skills when it came to handwriting and copying runes. "Thanks...I tend to make sure anything I write is detailed. Yours aren't bad either. I've hardly had to add anything in."

"So, shall we switch back and go on with our next goal?" Des asked. He was eager to get started on their quest, partially for the chance to meet Asteros.

She switched back with him and grinned as she tucked away her notebook and graphite. "Kankr dre fakahn! Forward to victory!" Essetai was excited too of course. She'd heard so much about Asteros and had the chance to meet her so there was no doubt why.

Her cheeks turned crimson, brought out even redder by her flaming hair. She laughed at her own over enthusiasm and rested a hand ,embarrassed, on the back of her head. "Riiiiight. Hehe, sorry! I guess I'm just hyper?"

"Any redder and you might be mistaken for a Fire Elemental." Des said with a chuckle. " Being rational doesn't mean we can't be excited. We gotta find a balance. I'm thrilled at a chance to meet a Star Elemental. Only a few of my kind get ever get to meet lord Elementals."
