I just can't win with this idiot! Tansa reached down and picked up the rusted sword at her feet, tossing it at Natsumi in frustration, though not really trying hard to do damage.

Sumi caught it, but got a slice across the palm which she gave no second thought to. I. Hate. Her.

Tansa tilted her head. Real smart, genius, grab the rusty blade. I hope you die of some disease now. Heh, with my luck it'd make you live forever. She sat staring at Natsumi, saying nothing but flicking the tip of her tail in annoyance.

Sumi's thoughts equally raced. She did not trust Tansa... She hated the cat. However, she heaved a sigh. There was no winning this fight. There will be other chances to gain control... submit to her, then kill later.

Tansa walked along for a few minutes down many halls before she stopped, noticing something shimmer in a room to her right. Heading inside, she found that it was another room full of weapons, the shine she'd seen just a reflection of sunlight off an arrowhead.

Tansa tilted her head, noticing the difference in Natsumi's tone, and knew something was up. "Don't take me for a fool," she hissed. "You can't seriously think I believe you truly gave in. Don't go acting all nice now just to plan an attack later, 'cause you won't trick me!" With one paw swipe, she knocked a shelf off the wall and jumped back as the weapons fell to the floor.

She skillfully jumped back, eyes turning blue. "I'm not in the mood for this anymore..." Screw it. Too tired... too stupid. Give my mind a rest, get a plan...

Tansa hadn't noticed Natsumi jump even though she was on the other side of the room when the shelf fell. If she'd seen it she probably would have laughed. She walked to the items she'd knocked down and sniffed at them curiously, though she wondered why some of them were used in a prison camp. Morningstars and axes? Hmm... ...Must've been for execution.

Sumi noticed them too. "Prisoners were treated in a cruel manner, though being me I'd laugh." she said quietly.

"Just because you don't sound angry anymore... I'm not convinced," she muttered, though she was paying attention more to the objects before her than anything Natsumi was saying. Curiously, she picked up the handle of a morning star and tried to swing it, only to drop it and jump back with her fur raised like a frightened kitten when it nearly whacked her.

She didn't even giggle. "Look... I hate you, you hate me. Deal with it.":
She picked up a morningstar and swung it herself, though it felt heavy and she had to put it down. Her sword was good enough.

She narrowed her eyes. "And you know what else? I just realized something. I don't need you! I can find the Stone Legend myself. I am a shifter, after all. Not some pathetic fish-person that fails at its only power." She turned for the door and started to walk off.
