Natsumi xighed and sat down on a stump near the ruins. She rubbed the bottom of her sore feet. "If Amett wasn't watching me I would complain," she muttered.
The glow of sunrise reflected off her silver hair. "Well at least we're safe from Floxxus."

Tansa walked along the outer wall of the ruins, hopping over fallen bricks and not taking her eyes off the ancient stone. What is this stone legend he wants us to find? I see tons of stone but no runes carved in them or anything. "Hey, fish-girl! Get off yer lazy bum and help me search!"

"I'll show you lazy you stupid son of a banshee feline!" she snapped, in a bad mood from walking for ages. She got up and walked over. "Hey genius, shift to a hound or something and use smell to find a way in."

"Hmph, likewise I'm sure... however I was suggesting you scent for animals living inside the ruins. The entrance would be where the smells get to the outshde world."

Tansa shifted to a large hound dog and started sniffing around the ruins. "I can't find anything with your stench filling the air," she barked. Oh wait, what's that? She caught the scent of a derab, but was it living in the ruins or just passing through? Following it around a corner, she searched for any kind of door.

Walking carefully around the ruins, she followed Tansa. "Find something?" Sumi asked rather impatiently. She tapped her foot and glared, She didn't bother hiding her annoyance or impatience. "Or are you just sniffing the dirt where your face belongs?" Natsumi added with a light smirk.

I can't wait til this assignment is done and I can get away from her... Tansa growled under her breath but said nothing. She did, however, snap at the Saikana when she came close.

She turned her head and pointed with her paw. "Right there. Are you blind?" Before them was a hole where part of the old wall seemed to have collapsed. Tansa shifted to grey cat form and leaped over the fallen bricks and into the ancient building.

She muttered some curses under her breath and followed after Tansa, a little more clumbsily than the cat's graceful jump had been. Not my fault I didn't see it! It was her job to find the stupid thing...
"Right, now what genius? We're inside but we still need to find the Stone Legend."
A chill ran down her spine as she heard the creatures living inside of the Ruins. Was that a Zintelii? I've heard of them, but never thought I would see or actually hear one.

"You're asking someone who doesn't even know what this Stone Legend is," she spat as she headed off down a dark corridor. Some sunlight shined through cracks in the stone ceiling, which was the only visible light in the halls.

Tansa stopped in the doorway she was headed through, turning to face Natsumi. She narrowed her eyes. "Legends are passed down by wise elders from across the lands. In case you haven't noticed, I'm a Shifter...an outcast. I never had anyone to tell me these things. I know only what I have seen and heard for myself," she growled.

She just kind of turned up her nose at Tansa as a gesture to agree. "Well I can see why you're an outcast. You're simply an idiot."
Natsumi turned her attention back to looking for any other hallways and crevices. "The Stone Legend was created by the Elders of Amaru to hide one of the Crystal Shards from Amett. You know about those, at least, right?"
