She nodded then ran off again, leaving the wood with Star. I'll bring back the biggest I can manage...though it'll take several trips.

Star didn't answer, but continued eating her food and watching the fire.

Accalia returned with a larger log and strained to push it into the cave. Here.

"Thank you." Star said again. "Do you need to sleep. You must be tired," she asked.

She bowed her head in response then went to curl up and rest, glad for the sleep. She flopped down and fell asleep only moments later from her exhaustion.

Star looked around for some larger pieces of wood, pieces that the wolf wouldn't be able to carry. She came across a knife and a morningstar lying in the forest, still in perfect condition. While the wolf was asleep, she created a sheath for her knife, that lay along the side of her thigh. She could reach it easily but it wouldn't be visible. She tied the sheath onto her leg. She picked up the morning star, and began to swing it, practising her aim. She swung it down into a log, and there was a huge splintering noise.

The noise startled her even in her sleep and she jumped up with a yelp. Her body dropped into ready position and she growled towards the mouth of the cave, teeth bared and hackles raised. Accalia relaxed when she realized what had made the noise. Found yourself a new weapon?

It was just lying on the floor. I'm sorry I woke you. Go back to sleep. Star said.

The apology is unneeded. Accalia confirmed before she curled back up to sleep. It took her a bit to relax herself and calm her senses but she was asleep once more after that.

Star continued to swing her weapon, testing it's balance. She made sure that the fire continued to burn, and she packed up some meat into a seperate pack. This would be her lunch. She put the little bundle into her pack, and hung the morning star at her hip, where she could reach it easily. She felt more comfortable with multiple weapons. She sat down by the fire again, and looked up into the canopy.

A few birds flew overhead, one of which turned invisible mid-flight. It was a completely unique creature that had baffled many...yet it could be useful for a source of eyes in the air.
Accalia woke and stretched. I believe I'm rested enough...

She took the pack that was to be lunch to Star and put it down near the girl with a bow of the head. Here you are.
