Natsumi, rather than get squished, let go and rolled as best as she could to get out of the way. She cursed loudly and then got up to brush all the sand off her clothing. "Stupid SHISTA cat!"
"Human cat? Pft, like that makes sense?" DG teased. Though he got a death glare from Sumi which instantly made him back off. The insanity and violence burned ten fold in her eyes now. She hated Tansa.
Ivy looked deep into Sumi's eyes. DG, this is a waste of time... She thought to him, then continued to examine Sumi.
We're still MOVING, Ivy. I point that out. We're not wasting time nor energy as long as we're MOVING.

After the roll, Tansa got back on her paws and shook the sand out of her fur, making a little cloud around her for a few seconds. She looked back to Natsumi and laughed. "Now let's GO, foliy!" Tansa said to Natsumi, kneeling down for her to climb back on for the ride.

Ivy shrugged. "Whatever."
Natsumi climbed back on, though not even a second later her sword dragged lightly along Tansa's flesh with just the sharp tip. "That's for what you just did, shista."

She whined quietly, wincing, and could feel warm blood trickling down her fur from the wound. She knew it was her own fault, though, and they were running short on time, so she didn't attack in return. Instead she headed back to DG, muttering 'shista' as she caught up to him.

Natsumi smirked and held on as Tansa moved, once again finding her balance on the cat's back. Too easy. she thought as she slid her sword back into its sheath at her side.
DG looked over. "The sun's going to rise before we get out of here...no doubt about that. Any plans?"
"He's right...There's no way we can go across in such short time. DG, Tansa.. Whats your fastest form?" Ivy looked at the two.
"Hmm...my fastest? That's a tough one. I have a lot of different forms."

"This is my fastest form," Tansa told her. "The Letala is quick, but I wouldn't be able to fly for long. I already said, I'm staying in my wildcat form." She wasn't going to change her mind. Traveling during the day can't be THAT bad, can it? I mean, we could stop to take a break if anyone complains.

"Then we'd better start looking for shelter now. It's going to take a long time out here in the desert...and we don't want to be caught up in the blazing heat and try to sleep. It's only cold out at night," DG explained.
Natsumi rolled her eyes. "Then get looking, cat. I'm not spending pointless time trying to look for a place to sleep when we can keep trying to get distance covered."

The sun was starting to become visible on the horizon, the sky glowing bright shades of red and orange. Still on the move, Tansa looked to DG. "Yeah, if you plan on stopping, you'd better find shelter soon. It's going to get hot real quick."

DG nodded. He stopped and told Ivy to get off. Once she was off his back, he shifted to a Windroc and took off. "I'll take an aerial view. Tansa check the ground, Ivy look around as well. Sumi...make yourself useful somehow even if you are a total failure." Before she could hit him for his comment, DG was out of sight.
"Shista!" Natsumi shouted up after him, spitting curses.
"Okay then." Ivy said herself, then started to walk.

"Heheh, total failure," Tansa repeated, smirking. I'm not going to look for shelter. He can do that. And he's being retarded anyway. From the ground, it looks like there's nothing but hills of sand that seem to go on forever.

Natsumi smirked and dodged, drawing the whip. "You want to fight, cat?"
Nothing but sand and open air so far...I'm going to widen my circle. DG reported to Ivy as he soared in the air over the desert.
Keep searching. If we find nothing, I'll try to figure something out. Ivy replied to DG.

Natsumi ignored her, but gave her a glare. Your gonna get it cat.
Ivy sat down, then she opened her sack. She pulled out her dull pocket knife. She found a nearby rock, then used that to sharpen it. She held it firmly. The knife was slickly silver, and had two twin dragons for the handle. The blade was dull but still shiny. She continued to sharpen it until it became sharp.
