(now that that's settled, back to the rp.)
The directions eventually lead to a dense part of the forest. Uh oh. Muris said. Wrong direction, um we should turn back asap.

"What?!" Rage was hard to hide with Talem. He pulled Muris out of his pocket and shook him. "I thought you knew where you were going?!" He grunted and pulled Tela to a stop. "Don't tell me your pulling me into some trap!"

Muris's eyes rolled dizzily from the shaking. No, not a trap. I just had us take a wrong turn. He said. Haven't you ever accidently too a wrong turn? But we really should go. We're in the territory of a creature you wouldn't like to meet.

Talem let him fell on Tela's saddle as he turned him quickly and started him into a trot. "What was back there?"

Before Muris could answer a loud, monstorous roar came from deep within the trees. Muris looked back scared. Answer enough? He said. There lives a pair of Murlas in these parts. All Mouskit fear them, as do many other animals. If they had young then we're endanger of an attack for them to feed those young.

Talem unsheathed his blade and looked around on Tela's back. "Are they coming towards us?" Talem didn't know what Muris did, and he wasn't going to start assuming things that he shouldn't.

The bushes near by rattled slightly. Then a growl came from the opposite direction. A pari of Murla stalked out of the bushes, surounding the group. One was a normal gingercolor and on the small side ,but the other was a smokey grey and bigger. They hissed at the intruders and looked ready to pounce.
Muris squeaked worriedly. Oh I'm so sorry, maybe if we slowly leave they'll let us go? Muris suggested. Their both here so there can't be any young their attending to.

Talem tried to pull Tela back, but he moved forward as if he was ready to fight. Talem pulled out his blade and looked to Muris. "We fight if it comes to it."

The pair of Murla circled Tela, arching their backs and exposing their spines. They stopped in front of the group and the male stepped forward. You, why have you come to our territory? He demanded. You, a fellow feline, have invaded our space. I can only assume it's to take it.
Muris sqeaked and hid himself. Sounds personal. He said.

Talem looked at them and said, "I didn't mean to invade your territory." H never lowered his guard, and Tela just looked at the creatures as if they were going to attack at any moment, and they just might do that.

Silence! The male demanded. Our problem lies within the Saybr you ride. He is a cat like ourselves. You we can easily kill and devour but he invades our territory and this will not be stood for. The female gave an agreeing hiss. You must battle my mate. She said. If you intend to leave then that will be your prize apon victory. If you lose you die.
