Talem looked at Tela and just patted her his neck. He knew that they could pull through the fight, but Tela would have to do it alone. He slid off his back and walked up to put a single hand on his shoulder. "Make a carpet out of him."

The male murla gave a roar and walked in a circle around Tela, looking for an opening. He waited till it he reached Tela's left side and charged him. He turned before contact and lowered his shoulder, sticking out his spiked membrane.

Tela slumped to the ground, waiting for the impact. If things came to an attack, he would brave it out. Once the animal would attack him, he would tighten his muscle, pull in the creature and make one deadly bit to take the kill. The first blow would be the worst though.

The Murla's spikes drove into Tela as it tackled him. It jumped back then charged Tela again, preparing it's claws to slash.

Tela was knocked off guard, but then threw one large paw, then another. He hoped one would have made deadly contact.

The murla braced himself against the blows. he raised his spiked fin to ward off Tela's paws, hoping one would be pierced. He lashed his fangs at Tela's grounded paw to trip him up.

Tela saw all attacks coming, and didn't get hurt evading the creatures attacks ether. He moved down, on the ground, his belly touching the ground. He then lurched upward and aimed all his body weight on the creature, hoping to put him in a kill-spin. Tela quickly came to his feet then, and slashed down with his claws and fangs. Talem watched, hoping Tela would get the upper hand soon. If Tela was going to lose soon, he would jump in and save his life. He wasn't going to let him die. Even if it would be dishonest of him, Tela would not die here today. Talem kept his blade at his side. He was ready to strike at any moment. When he looked back at Tela's fight, his hand tightened around the hilt, as if it wanted to strike right now.

The murla was injured by the blows but not fatally. His fin and side were slashed but his wild nature kept him ready to fight. With a roar he charged Tela and leaped into the air, raising his claws for a mighty slash.
The female Murla looked at Talem and saw him grip his blade. She rushed in front of him growling. Do no interfere. She warned.

Tela took the blow, but only in time to jump at him with claws too. Talem watched as the female Murla jumped in front of him. He pointed his blade at her and growled, "Watch your head female!" he looked at the fight happening, and wished it would stop, so that Tela and him could just leave, but this was not going over so well.

The Murla took the blow and fell to the ground hard. He slowly got up and glared at Tela. Blood soaked his fur near gashes. The male then lowered his fin and crouched low. You win, I surrender. If you wish my territory is yours. The female went to the male and began to lick his wounds.

Talem ran over and threw himself over Tela, putting his sword down towards the Murla. "We do not want your territory. We are only passing." He nodded to them and motioned Tela forward. He moved, but Talem got an idea as he was passing. He turned and looked back at the Murla's. "We could use your services if you wish?"

Use our service in what way? The mala asked as he slowly rose to his feet. We will aid you in one way as long as you leave immediately.
Muris, silent during the battle in fear of the cat, now spoke to Talem mind alone. Should you really trust them, they wanted us dead moments ago. He said. All they really want is us out by any means, and now that their pride is damaged who knows what they'll do.
